  • Personal Information: When you register an account with Maidah App, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, address, phone number, username, password, photograph, date of birth and other registration information (including log-in details and profile information from third party sites (for example, when you log in through Google, Facebook or Apple). We may also process your personal information if you reach out to us via our customer support chat, email or social media accounts. 
  • Transaction Information: We may collect information about your transactions made through the App, such as the date, time, and value of your purchases.
  • Location Information: With your consent, we may collect your device’s location information to provide location-based services, such as identifying nearby participating restaurants. Note that you may lose some functionality of the App if you do not enable the use of location-tracking technology, such as seeing the restaurants that are near you. 
  • Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, including the device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

For example, we may keep your data to service your loyalty transactions with our partner restaurants, meet our accounting obligations or manage legal claims. If we no longer require your data for a specified purpose, we will either delete it or anonymise it. When we anonymise your data, this makes the data unidentifiable as to whom it originally belonged to.

  • With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate the App and provide services to you, such as payment processors and customer support providers

  • With Restaurant Partners: The App and the service we provide relies on us being able to disclose certain elements of this data to our partner restaurants so that they can interact with you and provide you with App related offers and services 
  • For Legal Reasons: We may share your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others
  • In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose or transfer your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or asset. In the event that we do so, we will ensure that contractual provisions are in place to ensure the same level of protection is provided for your personal information
